Untitled Toronto is a new condo project by Reserve Properties and Westdale Properties, the developers behind the highly successful Line 5 Condos. The project is located at 110 Broadway Avenue, and it consists of 2 towers—a 33-storey south tower and a 21-storey north tower (both part of the same corporation). Grammy-winning star and producer Pharrell Williams will be involved in designing the development, making this one of the most anticipated launches of 2020. His other collaboration projects include an upcoming Youth Centre in Virginia Beach with Oppenhein Architetcs + Design, work with Zaha Hadid Architects, and the creation of Something in the Water Festival.
